With a wee bit of brandy, the liquid in these poached raspberries tastes more like raspberries than the berries themselves. These poached berries and the beautiful syrup they're suspended in is perfect over ice cream, pancakes, or our personal favorite- one ounce per glass of bubbly for the most incredible mimosa.
