SHIPPING
Items purchased online from Gatley will be shipped via Canada Post Tuesday to Friday, except statutory holidays. We may take up to 48 hours to confirm product availability, and will email you once your order is confirmed. Gatley shares inventory with our physical storefront, which can result in variances in inventory availability from time to time.
Within Canada: Shipping is flat rate $18, and we offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $250 before tax.
To the USA: Shipping is flat rate $23. We are not responsible for duties and taxes that may be applicable at the United States border, it is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping is with Canada Post, which then is handled by USPS once it has crossed the border.
PICKUP IN-STORE
We offer free in-store pickup in our Vancouver boutique. Select that option at checkout and we'll e-mail you when you order is ready.
Orders not picked up within 90 days of purchase will be donated to charity, unless another arrangement has been made by the customer.
EXCHANGES
Sale items, masks, jewellery, intimates and swim are final sale.
Online orders can be exchanged in-store or through the mail.
We do not offer return postage, and all return shipping fees will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
Regular price items purchased online a must be returned in shop or mailed back to us within 7 days of receiving the items. We DO NOT offer refunds. An exchange or Store Credit may be issued for qualifying purchases.
All returning merchandise must comply with the following:
• Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
• Have all original tags attached and unaltered.
• Packaging must not be opened and products must be unused in order to qualify for an exchange or credit
• All items submitted for exchange must be in perfect, unused sellable condition
In store purchases must comply to the above and may be exchanged within 14 days or purchase and MUST have a valid receipt to qualify for Exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued.
The condition of the product is left up to the discretion of Gatley.
If you would like to return for store credit or exchange a product purchased on our online store, please contact us at info@gatley.ca to obtain a return authorization within 72 hours of receiving your product.
We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery to the address listed above.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
ORDER CHANGE
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit.
